Note: Due to COVID-19 and the logistical restrictions set by governments around the world, shipping times may be delayed as a result. Unfortunately at this stage, we cannot offer refunds due to delayed shipping times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: 

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent out within 3 business day after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All orders are shipped by ePacket. Delivery after processing and leaving the warehouse usually takes about 15 to 35 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
